Things to Know Before Applying

Before you submit an application, please review these items.

First Come First Served

Our policy is First Come-First Served. This means the property is secured by the first approved applicant to pay the security deposit and sign the lease.

3.

Dishonesty

If we find that you have been dishonest on any part of your application, we will deny your application immediately. 


Please be sure to list all rental references on your application and answer all questions honestly. 


Remember that all application fees are non-refundable.

Fees

All application fees are non-refundable.


All admin fees are non-refundable.


There are NO exceptions to this policy.

5.

Pending Applications

Please note, any unit can have a pending application on it at any time.


Our website does NOT reflect the number of pending applications.


We strongly recommend you call prior to submitting an application to inquire on the amount of applications in the queue for any property.

6.

Viewing the Property

We require every property to be physically viewed prior to signing a lease.


If the property is not viewable and you want to rent Site Unseen, a Site Unseen Addendum will be required as part of the lease.


Please do not disturb any current occupants if a unit is not vacant.
